Here are the layouts made with the amazing collaboration kits from MScraps and Scrappy Bee this month. First up, we have You Are My Sunshine, the monthly mix from Scrappy Bee. Then we have Roar part 1. You got Roar Part 2, which was an add-on, by spending $7.00 in the store this month. For that layout, I also used the template from the July Template Challenge. So much wonderful stuff is coming out of these two stores, so make sure you bookmark and check them often.

I have two new kit showcases for y'all today... These were two of the most enjoyable kits I have had the pleasure of working with. First one is at Scrappy Bee. It is their June Monthly Mix called #1 Dad. Wonderful for all your Father's Day pics. Then we have Cinema over at MScraps. I love this kit. It is perfect if you had a meet and greet with one of your favorite stars, like I did this past weekend, or even if you want to do an All About Me page with your favorite movies, or maybe you had a recent memorable trip to the theatre. Trying to Catch Up!

Oh my! I keep saying, " Oh, I am going to get better about scrapping and posting," and it seems like life always has different plans for me. So, I am going to attempt it once again. I hope it goes better this time than it has so far this year. Here is a new one I did for the CT over at MScraps.. Awesome store, lovely people, and still a lot of fun in the gallery. This is a layout I scrapped with a beautiful picture from the Scottish Rite Cathedral here in Indianapolis. Love these old buildings.

Charly Renay Designs

I was wandering through Charly Renay's store this morning at Scrappy Bee and I found the cutest kit. It is called Sweethearts. It was absolutely perfect for the layout of my husband and I's first kiss when we got married. I wanted to do the template challenge at Scrappy Bee this month anyways so I used the template from that. It came out wonderfully, I think. Normally this would be way too busy for me, but it seemed to work here.

I absolutely LOVED this kit from Scrappy Bee. This is Hippity Hoppity, and is perfect for those new Easter photos. The pictures, my daughter's stepmother was sweet enough to let me use of Freya and her stepbrothers. The template masterpiece belongs to Bren from Brenian Designs. I swear, I cannot do without that woman and her templates. If you love templates as much as I do, definitely check her out. Also, I will have some news for you all later today... So excited!

My Grandparents

This is actually the only picture of my grandparents together in existence. From what I have been told, they didn't stay together very long. I love that Touched By A Butterfly and Brenian Designs gave me a classy way to showcase these pictures of them. Extra Extra Read All About It

Good News and Bad News

Well, hmm, should I start with the good news or the bad news??? Here goes the bad news, let's get it outta the way and move on the good stuff... When I first started digi-scrapping, there was this amazing website that I found to be the go-to. All the designers knew it, everyone wanted to be there, whether designer or CT. It was called Scrapbook-Bytes or SBB. I went a few minutes ago to upload a layout, and what should I see but a notice that says as of April 1, they are closing their web doors. It makes me sad! On to the good stuff.... I have a new layout. In case you missed the last post, I have joined the CT at ScrappyBee and one of my assigned designers for this month was Prairie Song Scraps. I used her kit Zoo Trip and the template from ScrappyBee's March Template Challenge. You still have a few days to get yours, so don't miss it!

I am so excited! I just found out the other day I made the CT for Scrappy Bee! For my first designer, I got Country Style Designs. There were so many cute kits but I needed to get in a kit for my wedding pics, although unfortunately there aren't many. And, the other day I got the cutest template from Designs by Christaly that I needed to  promote....

Yay, back in business

Over the last week or so, I have gotten on a few new CT's. I am now creating for Brenian Designs, Touched By A Butterfly, and have an OKC called Iced Berry by Kelsey Inspired Studios. I really enjoyed playing with that kit using Brenian's A Distant Memory Templates. It really made it pop. I will provide links to all the products I used at the bottom and you can create your own memories.

Celestial Seasonings Taste Test

Well I got the Candy Cane Lane Tea with my #FrostyVoxBox. I am a huge drinker of peppermint tea, but I was not impressed with this tea. It had so many flavors it was hard to get a lock on each one. There was the peppermint, then vanilla, along with many others. I cannot see me buying this one for myself, though I will stick with my Celestial Seasonings Peppermint Tea.

Rimmel Product Review

I had received Rimmel Scandalous Eyes eyeliner and Rimmel Just Let It Go Gentle Eye Makeup Remover as part of my ‪#‎Frostyvoxbox‬ to try out and then review. Well, for the eyeliner I absolutely love it. It doesn't take much. Also, I normally have to burn the tip of my eyeliner to get it soft enough to be dark enough for my taste. With this one that was not the case. I will definitely continue to use this in the future. However, the makeup remover leaves something to be desired. I used it for the first time last night and it left my skin oily, not to mention I still had traces of eyeliner on my eyes after scrubbing. I had to grab my towelettes and scrub some more. I am not sure if that is a testament to the eyeliner or the lack thereof of the makeup remover. So, final tally is +1 for the eyeliner and -1 for the makeup remover.
